Hi, I’m Judy Young. I’m an ICF-certified career coach and the founder of Accomplished Life Coaching and Consulting. I help professionals navigate career transition with structured, step-by-step support—so you can get clear on your direction, strengthen your visibility, and move forward with confidence.
Since 2019, I’ve supported hundreds of clients locally and nationwide with job search strategy, resume and LinkedIn visibility, interview preparation, and offer decision support. My approach is practical and focused: we clarify your priorities, streamline the job search, and keep you moving forward with consistent next steps.
My coaching style is warm, direct, and action-oriented. We focus on the highest-impact next steps so you always know what to do next.
I’m especially passionate about helping people land roles that fit—not just any job. I love supporting clients as they clarify what they want, communicate their value clearly, and step into work they genuinely enjoy.
Before launching my coaching practice, I spent nearly 14 years in management and operations at an elite law school, directing programs and leading complex work with high standards and competing priorities. That experience shaped how I coach today: structured, grounded, and tailored to your circumstances.
Leadership Coaching (Organizational Support)
In addition to individual coaching, I enjoy partnering with leadership teams on organizational teamwork and leadership objectives. I offer customized emotional intelligence training and workshops designed to strengthen communication, collaboration, and team effectiveness.
